1. Seat belts must be worn at all times. Police will issue a ticket for all riders.
2. No one under the age of 21 may operate the golf car at any time.
3. Charge golf car nightly. It takes 10 – 12 hours to get a full charge.
4. Charger must be kept out of the rain.
5. Golf cars must be fully charged when returned.
6. You CANNOT drive on sidewalks or bike paths at any point on the Island. EI police will ticket you and we will not be responsible.
7. At NO time can you drive on the main HWY 58 or COAST GUARD ROAD. You can cross it at any point on the Island.
8. Golf cars are numbered. Try to remember your number because there will be several rental golf cars on the Island that look like yours.
9. Golf cars must be operated in accordance with all applicable state and local traffic laws and ordinances. All ordinances pertaining to the possession of consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you get a DWI or DUI, our tag will be revoked for one year and you will be subjected to a $500.00 fine.
10. Golf car chargers are to be plugged into the wall before plugging into the golf car.
11. Children or infants that require car seats or booster seats should be in one on the golf cart.
12. Any person violating these golf car rules may be required to pay a civil violation in the amount of $50.00
13. If your cart gets towed for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the tow bill.
